December 19, 2023: Kimberlee Singler calls 911 and reports a post-event burglary to Colorado Springs police. According to Singler, her 7-year old son and 9-year old daughter were killed. Singler also reported that she and her 11-year old daughter were injured in the attack. 

December 26, 2023: 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office files an affidavit of probable cause for the arrest of Kimberlee Singler.

December 30, 2023: Kimberlee Singler is arrested in London and begins fighting the extradition process.

February 8, 2024: 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office files an official criminal complaint.

December 23, 2025: Kimberlee Singler is back in Colorado Springs to face serious criminal charges, and the 4th Judicial District holds a press conference.

December 26, 2025: Affidavit of Probable Cause is released to the public.
